Direct Agents
Drive brand expansion through content excellence, strategic partnerships, and business development. Combine creative storytelling with revenue-generating initiatives, working closely with sales to uncover opportunities, build relationships, and activate innovative sponsorships. This role pays $45-$60 per hour, depending on experience, and is on-site in our NYC office.
What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with sales team support
Build and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives
Oversee content strategy across newsletters, Illuminate Magazine, podcasts, webinars, and thought leadership
Plan and execute high-impact client events, both virtual and in-person
Design sales enablement materials and pitch decks that clearly communicate value
Lead brand innovation, awards submissions, and differentiation efforts
What We're Looking For
3+ years in business development or partnership roles
4+ years managing content strategy, thought leadership, or brand communications
Proven ability to build and manage partnerships
B2B or professional services experience preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and analytical skills
