Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Guard position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit).

Responsibilities

• Under minimal direct supervision, this role ensures the security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse.
• Provide support during the evening and night hours for residents and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (certification can either be completed prior to employment or within the 3-month introductory period)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Shifts

Shifts available: 12am-8am Saturday and Sunday

Pay

Pay range: $17.00 - $20.91 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
