Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide variety of production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on machines such as punch presses, press brakes, CNC mills, and laser cutters. Support the relocation, reconfiguration, and alignment of assembly lines and associated equipment during layout changes, process updates, or expansion projects. Assist in maintaining the continuous and efficient operation of assembly lines. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of downtime and implement long-term solutions. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Operate tools and equipment necessary for repairs and installations, including hand tools, welders, and forklifts. Document all maintenance work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment. Adhere to and promote all safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA standards. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Experience with assembly line systems and automated material handling equipment. Familiarity with punch presses, press brakes, CNC milling machines, and laser cutting equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. Skilled in using diagnostic tools and standard maintenance equipment. PREFERRED SKILLS:

Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field. Basic PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge. Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently. Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment. Ability to work overtime, weekends, or respond to off-shift emergencies when required.
