Deliver therapeutic interventions focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehab specialists to ensure optimal patient recovery. Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, safe discharge planning, and essential home exercises. Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress in line with facility policies and regulatory standards. Engage in team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to promote coordinated patient care. Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Certifications
State licensure recognized for practice as a
Physical Therapist . CPR certification is preferred. Certifications in specialized areas (such as neurological or geriatric therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory. Skills
Preferred experience in physical therapy settings. Capability to treat patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential. Ability to navigate digital charting and clinical documentation systems comfortably. Benefits
