We are seeking a professional and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for callers and visitors. This role plays a vital part in representing the company and supporting day-to-day administrative functions.
Location:
Maple Grove, MN
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wage:
$22/hr

Answer, screen, and direct calls using a multi-line phone system; take messages or forward calls as appropriate Check and distribute voicemail messages daily Greet and assist all visitors; determine needs and direct them accordingly Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence and packages Draft and type routine correspondence Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing Organize and maintain filing systems and records Keep the reception area tidy and presentable Maintain confidentiality in all matters Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications of the receptionist:
1-4 years of relevant experience in a front desk or administrative role Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Odoo is a plus Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM Professional appearance and demeanor Able to perform basic clerical and accounting tasks Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
