Controller -

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize profitability. Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team. Implement and enhance ERP systems (SAP or similar) to keep the finance function future-ready. What We're Looking For Credentials that count:
CPA required; MBA a plus. Proven track record:
10+ years of finance and accounting experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing. Industry fluency:
Deep knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and government contracting (FAR, CAS). Leadership style:
A coach and a strategist, someone who can elevate a team while engaging at the executive level. Technical toolkit:
