Description of Work Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is accepting applications for a full-time Painter. The recruitment salary range for this position starts at $31,200.00 annually. This vacancy has been extended or reposted. The primary duty of this position is to maintain the interior of the facility and all outlying buildings on campus by completing patching, painting, and repair work as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Cleaning, priming, and painting all institution equipment Patching holes in existing structures, filling, taping, and sanding of plaster Refinishing furniture using varnish, stains, sealers, and/or glazing Assisting with other general maintenance duties as needed This posting is for multiple positions

ABOUT BLACK MOUNTAIN NEURO-MEDICAL TREATMENT CENTER: Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is one of three state operated facilities serving adults with chronic and complex medical conditions that co-exist with neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive disorders often related to a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness or intellectual disability. The health and physical status of these residents require 24-hour supervision, daily nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
