As a Customer Support Assistant, you will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, assisting them with their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and issues Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers Provide accurate information about products and services Document customer interactions and feedback accurately Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus Proven customer support experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools Benefits
