SAP IBP Lead

Roles & Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end IBP implementations, including project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system design, and configurations within SAP IBP. • Configure SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP) to meet specific business needs, including setting up planning workbooks and integrating with other SAP systems. • Work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams (supply chain, IT), and external partners to ensure alignment and successful adoption. • Provide training to end-users and develop comprehensive user documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot IBP-related issues, and recommend enhancements or upgrades to optimize the solution and improve processes. • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and sharing expertise.
