Job Description

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflows and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations. Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates on project progress. Oversee material orders, deliveries, and inventory to support uninterrupted project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential challenges or risks. Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and change orders. The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly in the business services industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients effectively. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, project plans, and technical documentation. A solid understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and make decisions under pressure. What's on Offer
