Job Description
Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project timelines and quality standards. Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any potential issues proactively. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction-related challenges. Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones. Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Travel to various project sites as required to oversee construction operations. The Successful Applicant
Strong experience managing construction projects within the strucutral concrete industry. Knowledge of data center construction processes and best practices. Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
