Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the technical needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Devising and executing solutions for workstation hardware and software issues
Assisting with the installation and support of new and upgraded hardware and software
Ensuring the integrity and optimal operation of hardware and software systems
Recommending, implementing, and documenting new hardware and software solutions to enhance user experience
Managing software inventory, licensing, and creating policies for upgrades
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field
Three to five years of experience supporting PC and laptop hardware and software
Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
Customer service-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
Professional certifications such as HDI, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred
