Compensation

Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure each customer leaves with the right choice; exceptional service is a top priority.
  • Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
  • Store Operations: Keep the store organized, restock shelves, manage merchandise, and assist with lifting footwear and boxes (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds) while remaining on your feet during shifts.
  • Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, process payments accurately, and ensure a positive final impression.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to enhance the customer experience and sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
