We are seeking a Lead Cabinet Estimator to take ownership of our cabinet estimating process—from reviewing RFQs and construction documents to working closely with sales and project teams.

The ideal candidate pays strong attention to detail, works well in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and is eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and finish schedules
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multifamily construction estimating, specifically related to cabinets and/or countertops
• Highly self-sufficient with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience pricing out full scopes of multifamily cabinet projects
• Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information)
• Skilled in reviewing detailed takeoffs for accuracy and completeness
• Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
