Truefit is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to elevate our software testing capabilities. You will play a critical role in developing sophisticated testing strategies and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement medium-complexity automated tests independently Analyze patterns and identify systemic issues in product testing Create comprehensive test strategy templates for each project Proactively identify testing needs and innovative solutions Conduct API testing using tools like Swagger and Postman Mentor junior QA team members Utilize AI tools to enhance bug writing and identify complex test scenarios Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in test automation frameworks Deep understanding of software testing methodologies Ability to assess and prioritize defects Strong collaboration and communication skills Expertise in using AI tools to improve testing efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of software testing experience Proven track record of implementing test automation solutions Strong coding skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members Soft Skills
