What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior QA Analyst to lead quality initiatives across our software development lifecycle, this role is within our IT Application Development division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role you'll drive quality standards, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned QA professional who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership.
You should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in both manual and automated testing methodologies. Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, and SQL is essential. You'll be expected to proactively identify critical issues, improve test coverage, and champion continuous improvement in QA practices aligned with agile development. You will report into the VP of Technology and regularly collaborate with other IT teams in the business.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
Designing, implement and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases across multiple projects. Leading QA efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Mentoring and guiding junior QA analysts, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Conducting and oversee Smoke, Regression, Integration, and Usability testing. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to uphold quality standards and delivery timelines. Driving root cause analysis and resolution of complex defects and performance issues. Maintaining and evolve internal QA documentation, standards, and best practices. Identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability in testing processes. Advocating for quality throughout the SDLC, influencing design and development decisions. Qualifications
& Skills
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and influence cross-functional teams. Strong proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Postman, SQL). Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Passion for mentoring, process improvement, and delivering seamless user experiences. Benefits & Perks
