In this role, you will pick and pack customer orders using robotics and scanners, load and secure products on outbound trailers as part of the Store Replen team, follow all safety guidelines while maintaining a safe and clean work area, cross-train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks, maintain excellent attendance and reliability, and work your entire shift on your feet in a non-climate-controlled environment.

These Picker Packer Associate positions are entry level, with training provided-no previous experience is necessary. Candidates must have a minimum 6-month work history, and while warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred, it is not required. Familiarity with scanners, distribution systems, and picking processes is a plus. Associates are expected to maintain a safe and clean work area, follow all safety guidelines, cross-train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks, demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability, work on their feet for the entire shift, and perform duties in a non-climate-controlled environment. Mandatory overtime may be required, and all schedules include at least one weekend workday.

Pay Details:

$16.50 to $17.50 per hour
