What You'll Do

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review and reconcile bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate month-end close reporting, including account analysis and journal entries.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end close processes, as well as audit preparation.
• Support financial reporting and ad hoc analysis to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements, identifying efficiencies in accounting procedures.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with strong exposure to general ledger and reconciliations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
