As an on-call team member, you will play a critical role in protecting our premises, assets, and personnel by responding to security needs when scheduled or during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of the premises and maintain a strong security presence during assigned shifts.
• Monitor building access points to ensure entry is restricted to authorized individuals.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance or incidents as needed.
• Identify and remove trespassers or individuals engaging in unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and operate surveillance systems and report any irregularities.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Accurately document daily activities and security incidents in detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred.
• Solid understanding of public safety practices and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional composure during high-pressure situations.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills; must be able to produce clear, concise incident reports.
