19 patient rooms, 6 PACU rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 L&D ORs Staffing:
Day: 1 charge, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1–3 sitters Night: 1 charge, 7–9 RNs, 1 CST
Patient Ratios:
2:1, 1:1 for high-risk or complicated patients Equipment:
FHR monitors (Novii & GE), FSE (fetal scalp electrodes) EMR:
CPN and Meditech Requirements
Experience:
3+ years in Labor & Delivery Certifications:
BLS, NRP, ACLS Preferred Skills:
Mom/Baby, Pediatrics, or NICU experience Responsibilities
Care for laboring, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients Perform vaginal and C-section deliveries Direct and coordinate all aspects of patient care using the nursing process Provide care for complex, high-risk maternal/neonatal patients Personality Fit
