Position Summary

DynaTen is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Team! This is a critical position that is responsible for leading our internal and external communications, supporting various projects and leaders at DynaTen, and ensuring all messaging is aligned with DynaTen’s message and goals. The role of Marketing manager will work closely with all department heads in order to support DynaTen’s overall communications goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute integrated marketing strategies across DynaTen website, print, and social media channels to strengthen and elevate DynaTen’s brand and market presence.
• Partner with executive leadership to support corporate initiatives and business goals.
• Partner with business development teams to support pursuit strategies, proposal development, and client engagement.
• Establish and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track ROI.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Support coordination with branding suppliers, marketing support for internship and employee recruitment, and employee community involvement.
• Provide background support and guidance (where needed) for employee special events.
• Develop and manage internal employee communication channels.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Own the company’s LinkedIn presence as well as support and teach others in how to better engage through this communication stream (which includes but not limited to coaching, internal training and outsourced workshop-based training).
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention through targeted campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Establish and manage DynaTen’s digital presence, including website strategy, analytics, and social media channels.
• Collaborate in developing proposals/presentations and setting pursuit strategies for business growth and awards.
• Coordinate business presentations for company meetings and communications.
• Lead efforts to grow DynaTen’s reputation within the industry, region, and community—reinforcing our identity with clients, partners, employees, and future talent.
• Oversee internal and external communications, including corporate announcements, employee recognition, recruiting campaigns, and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years directly driving marketing projects.
• Strong background in brand management, content strategy, and corporate communications.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and cross functional team interaction, leadership, and support.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
• Self-driven and focused on creating, driving, and improving marketing vision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, depending on your industry.
• Demonstrated success in employer branding.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM
