The IT Developer will support the creation of an Intranet HUB SharePoint Site and support the Digital Services SharePoint unit to design and develop a SharePoint portal unifying various existing SharePoint sites. In addition, this Developer will develop other sites as requested, respond and resolve SharePoint related issues, assist with the development of a governance structure, develop best practices and create training materials and conduct training for site owners and end users on site ownership and knowledge transfer activities to staff members.

Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance): • Master's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar related field. • Minimum of 10 years as a SharePoint developer, architect or site administrator • Extensive knowledge in Windows operating systems, PowerBI, PowerShell, Office365, SharePoint, Power Automate. • Extensive knowledge with SharePoint tools, workflows, PowerApps, and Form development. • Experience with Cloud and Hybrid SharePoint deployments. • Experience as a Project Manager • Experience with developing SharePoint site templates, lists, libraries, workflows, and various site collections. • Experience in developing SharePoint training materials and conducting training classes for large audiences for site owners and users.
