Our client, a growing B2B-focused organization, is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand its digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can develop and execute strategic campaigns that increase visibility, drive qualified leads, and support complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders. The Digital Marketing Manager should be equally comfortable with high-level planning and hands-on execution across channels such as SEO, marketing automation, paid advertising, and lead generation. Performance will be assessed based on contribution to the sales pipeline, revenue impact, and improvements in conversion rates throughout the buyer’s journey. A strong track record of linking marketing activities to tangible business outcomes is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies using emerging technologies and geographic targeting to attract decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and competitive analysis tailored to high-value B2B segments.
  • Optimize landing pages and content structures for lead generation and industry authority.
  • Measure success using metrics such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, lead volume from organic sources, and cost efficiency.
  • Plan and oversee paid advertising initiatives aimed at professional and executive audiences.
  • Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Allocate and optimize advertising budgets across platforms to meet pipeline generation goals.
  • Track paid campaign success via KPIs like click-through rate, cost per lead, acquisition cost, and pipeline influence.
  • Design and implement automated lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and conversion acceleration strategies.
  • Maintain data accuracy across CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Evaluate engagement and funnel progression through metrics like email performance, lead scoring, sales qualification rates, and opportunity creation.
  • Run integrated campaigns combining paid ads, content, events, and account-based approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure alignment on pipeline objectives and continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion.
  • Analyze funnel metrics from lead generation to deal closure to identify performance gaps and areas for optimization.
  • Report on key outcomes such as marketing’s share of pipeline, opportunity conversion rates, revenue attribution, and funnel velocity.
  • Monitor performance throughout the demand generation process using indicators such as cost per lead, acquisition cost, ROI, and conversion rates.
  • Create reporting dashboards and summaries tailored for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Work with sales operations and finance to ensure accurate revenue attribution and demonstrate the business impact of marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in sectors with complex, multi-step sales cycles
  • Industry background in areas such as medical aesthetics, healthcare technology, medical equipment, or capital-intensive products is preferred
  • Deep expertise in SEO (including AI-enhanced and local strategies), paid search, and social advertising
  • Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing leads for high-value purchases
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data and attribute marketing activities to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Capable of managing full-cycle marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Skilled at guiding prospects through long, high-stakes decision-making processes
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative approach and results-oriented focus
