This is a direct-hire position with an hourly pay structure that allows you to be home daily. You will enjoy: Annual salary range of $75,000 to $85,000. Hourly wage rate of $26.75, with overtime paid after 40 hours. A typical work week of 45-55 hours. Weekly paychecks and $250 vouchers per year for safety shoes. Comprehensive Benefits:

Paid Holidays. Opportunities for career advancement. Work Schedule Details: Monday-Saturday, with Sundays and one other day off per week. Start times typically between 3:30am-4:00am; complete work in approximately 10-12 hour shifts. No layovers—home every day! Complete 10-15 stops per day, with a driving radius of 150-200 miles from Bartlett. Flexibility in scheduling is required based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Handle 400-900 cases daily—this is a highly physical role involving touch freight. Deliveries may include navigating stairs and working in refrigerated environments year-round. Secure loads using load straps for each stop and manage delivery logistics via driver unload, lift-gate, pallet jack, ramp, and 2-wheel hand cart. Drive a CDL B straight truck for specific route deliveries. Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections diligently. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and manage hours of service. Provide stellar customer service and maintain vehicle mechanical checks. Report any maintenance or repair issues for timely action. Qualifications: New CDL graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class B CDL from Illinois. Must have a current DOT Medical Card and pass a pre-employment drug and background check. Air-brakes endorsement is required. Preferably, 6 months of experience in CDL B straight truck route delivery. Experience in foodservice delivery with local, multiple-stop routes is a plus. Familiarity with Samsara systems is beneficial, but training will be provided. Must be in excellent physical condition, able to lift, push, or pull up to 65 pounds unassisted. Willingness to work in diverse environments and conditions. Eligible to work in the U.S. and must be proficient in English.
