A confidential real estate investment management firm is seeking an Analyst to join its Investor Services team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting fundraising and client service efforts by preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other investor-related inquiries. The Analyst will help craft and coordinate responses that blend qualitative narratives with quantitative data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with firm standards. The position also contributes to the development and upkeep of marketing materials, including presentations. This role involves close collaboration with colleagues across investment, operations, legal, and compliance functions. It is ideal for candidates with strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated interest in real estate investment management.

Key Responsibilities Conte nt Development Draft, edit, and coordinate RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses in partnership with internal stakeholders across various departments and seniority levels. Maintain and enhance the firms content library to ensure consistent messaging and accurate data across all investor communications. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure timely review and approval of deliverables. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency in response preparation. Investor Services Support Develop a strong understanding of the firms investment strategies and fund offerings to support a wide range of investor relations activities. Build and maintain relationships across the organization to stay informed on strategic updates, performance metrics, and new initiatives. Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess:

Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently while seeking input when needed. Comfort with quantitative data and the ability to interpret financial performance metrics. Familiarity with institutional marketing and fundraising processes within investment management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and general familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools. A bachelors degree. 0-1 years of experience in financial services, ideally in investor relations, marketing, client services, due diligence, or operations.

Compensation For candidates based in New York, the base salary range for this position is USD $85,000

$95,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and job-related duties. #ZR
