Attorney

Labor & Employment (L&E) Litigation
team. Attorneys in this role, based in
Downtown Los Angeles , will primarily focus on single plaintiff and wage & hour class litigation.

JD
from an
ABA-accredited law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing
7+ years
of substantive experience
in
labor & employment
litigation
Extensive experience with
individual
FEHA cases
and
counseling employers
on
compliance matters
is required
Proven experience managing
discovery ,
depositions ,
motion practice , and
trial preparation
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage complex cases independently
Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and client management skills
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in
complex L&E litigation matters, with a focus on
individual FEHA cases
Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial
Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment
compliance
and
risk mitigation
Work closely with clients to develop
innovative legal strategies and solutions
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services

$250,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
