Responsible for designing, producing, and coordinating visual and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, corporate events, and digital presence, ensuring brand consistency across various business lines. Includes creating content for social media, updating websites, and producing graphic materials for events, promotions, and other digital channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design artwork for social media, logos, brands, email marketing campaigns, printed materials, billboards, booths, presentations, ads, videos, and promotional pieces.
- Develop infographics, brochures, product sheets, and other corporate visuals.
- Keep brand guidelines and graphic lines up to date.
- Create and adapt designs for different business units or projects.
- Document events, meetings, and activities through photography and video editing for institutional or commercial use.
- Record, edit, and produce videos for campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate, produce, and edit corporate podcasts (scripts, audio, visuals, final editing).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all graphic materials.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements and designs, ensuring understanding of objectives, messages, and target audiences.
- Propose campaigns, projects, and initiatives to maximize business opportunities in digital, print, and multimedia channels.
- Design visual materials for events, including screens, banners, backdrops, credentials, and folders.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed to produce graphic pieces and supervise work in line with approved designs.
- Keep corporate websites graphically updated.
- Create drafts and layouts for internal review and approval.
- Select images, graphics, fonts, and make adjustments as needed.
- Evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations on effective messages and communication techniques.
- Develop and distribute sales, marketing, and training materials per internal client specifications.
Academic Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communications, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient with software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva Pro, Figma, or similar design and animation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Highly creative, analytical, and imaginative.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and ability to spot errors and omissions.
- Ability to turn abstract concepts into concrete results.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with individuals at all organizational levels.
