MODE: In-Person SALARY: Hourly, $17.00 per hour

Part Time, Monday through Friday, up to 19.5 hours per week. Location:

This position is only available to active and enrolled Pima Community College students with work authorization status.
Description: Under the general direction of the Data and Technology Manager, the Technology Intern serves as a member of the program team and assists with providing front line technology support for multiple offices and supports the use of applications used by Interfaith Community Services (ICS).
The mission of ICS is to provide pathways leading to more stable and self-sufficient lives. All positions at ICS are expected to interact with participants, volunteers, and staff in a professional manner, reflecting ICS's Core Values Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, and Innovation. Volunteers and donors are integral to successful mission-delivery of ICS services. Employees are expected to interact with all volunteers and donors in a manner consistent with ICS core values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technology and Database Support Assist with computer, phone, and system related concerns from volunteers and staff. Assist with Managing technology equipment and physical inventory, including sign-outs. Interest in learning IT applications and systems. Assist with projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
Willing and able to learn new systems quickly and use Microsoft Office applications. Must pass a background check and obtain and maintain a level one fingerprint clearance card. All fees for this process are covered by ICS. Good attendance and punctuality and positive interactions with others. Job Expectations:
Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to contribute to a team environment. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and have a proven aptitude for accuracy and detail. Ability to work with people of widely varied ages, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. Ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
