Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for the full design process, from initial research and ideation to crafting final, high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes. This role requires a strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, with a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing products.

Responsibilities

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

  • Strategy & Ideation: Analyze research data to develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture that inform design decisions.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user journeys to stakeholders and development teams.

  • Visual Design: Design high-fidelity user interfaces, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and layouts, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate product requirements into design solutions and ensure technical feasibility.

  • **Iteration & Feedback: **Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements, championing a user-centered design process.

  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all products.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of professional design projects for web and/or mobile applications.

  • Expertise in common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment preferred

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

    • Familiarity with data analysis and A/B testing.
