General Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department. This is the second position within the HR team and plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and answering employee questions.
- Respond to internal HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance to employees.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative and HR support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role (HR experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with basic HR principles and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
