General Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department. This is the second position within the HR team and plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and answering employee questions.
  • Respond to internal HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance to employees.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative and HR support tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role (HR experience strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with basic HR principles and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
