We're looking for a
Regulatory Engineer
to
establish and lead our global compliance function . This is a unique opportunity to build a program from scratch, partner directly with leadership, and ensure our innovative liquid cooling systems meet international regulatory standards.
What You'll Do Develop and drive a global
regulatory compliance strategy
across North America, Europe, and Asia. Identify and secure required certifications and standards (CE, UL, RoHS, WEEE, REACH, FCC). Partner with Engineering and Product teams early in the design cycle to embed compliance requirements. Manage external labs and certification partners to deliver timely testing and approvals. Maintain technical files, declarations of conformity, and compliance documentation. Track evolving global regulations and implement proactive design/documentation changes. Support customer audits, due diligence requests, and compliance questionnaires. Serve as the
in-house expert
on product safety, EMC, and environmental compliance. What You Bring
5-8 years
of regulatory or compliance engineering experience, ideally with increasing responsibility. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master's preferred). Strong knowledge of product safety and environmental compliance for electronic or electromechanical systems. Hands-on experience with CE marking, UL/IEC/EN standards, RoHS, and REACH. Bonus: familiarity with cooling systems, thermal systems, or fluid-handling products. Comfort operating in a
startup environment
with limited precedent. Excellent communication and documentation skills. A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset. Why Accelsius
