Title: Application Support Lead
Location: Parlin, NJ
Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities Desktop/Laptop Support -App installation -OS installation / imaging -Basic network troubleshooting -Strong understanding of TCP/IPv4 network protocols -Microsoft/Windows experience -Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (Physically able to rack and stack servers and network gear) -Help desk or experience using a ticketing system like Service Now -Customer service experience (Even working in retail or service industry shows they know how to treat customers/users) -Basic printer experience insofar as configuring the IP address and installing the device on PCs -Strong communication skills with email, teams, etc... -Organization and documentation.
Qualifications -Aspen IP21 experience -RS Linx experience (Def not required but would come in handy) -Experience setting up servers -SQL DB experience -Firewall experience (To the extent of knowing what to put in a ticket, not be a security expert) -ITIL License -Cisco networking experience -Security+, Network+, CSA, etc... Any relevant certs
