What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, developing HR solutions for people-related business challenges
  • Implement and drive adoption of HR initiatives, practices, and policies tailored to the client group
  • Address employee relations and performance issues while supporting cyclical HR processes
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor trends and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Communicate and educate stakeholders on local and global HR processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a large global organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Understanding of U.S. federal and state laws/regulations, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA
  • Expertise in employee relations and performance management consultation
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred; PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Hands-on change management experience, including leveraging AI for new ways of working
  • Skilled in presentations, research, analysis, and effective project management
