What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers and developing HR solutions for people-related business challenges
- Implement and drive adoption of HR initiatives, practices, and policies tailored to business needs
- Oversee the execution of cyclical HR processes and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor trends and recommend improvements to enhance business performance
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects to advance the enterprise HR agenda
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Typically 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a large global organization
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle
- Broad understanding of US federal and state laws/regulations related to employment
- Expertise in employee relations and performance management consultation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
