Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for retail construction projects as a traveling superintendent Manage and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors. Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns. Collaborate with the project management team to develop construction strategies and resolve any construction-related challenges. Travel to various project locations as required to ensure project success. The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Traveling Superintendent in the retail construction industry. Strong knowledge of retail construction processes, codes, and regulations. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the United States. What's on Offer
