What you'll be doing :
- Administer and oversee tax credit programs to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and program guidelines.
- Review and process program-related documents including confidential financial information, applications, reports, and requests for credits.
- Provide technical assistance and customer service to tax credit recipients, applicants, filmmakers, producers, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries about filming, production, and program compliance; prepare information for publication on program websites.
- Collaborate with regional film commissions and other partners to facilitate program administration.
- Prepare program documents such as procedures, guidelines, rules, reports, and annual program summaries.
- Work independently and with teams on special projects within the Office of Tax Incentives and the Strategic Investments Division.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, city and regional planning, business administration, political science or related area OR equivalent work experience.
- Experience in program and/or project administration.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills with experience dealing with many types of people at various levels.
- Computer proficiency with experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various sites around Ohio.
