Job Description: This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in behavioral data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to evaluate product features and user behavior.
• Analyze behavioral data to uncover actionable insights that drive business and product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics and reporting needs.
• Work within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, leveraging BigQuery for large-scale data analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools to monitor performance and experimentation outcomes.
• Interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and processes.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or payments industry.
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
