Summary:
The Asitrade Tech Level I is responsible for the overall production of the machine and the quality of the work produced.
The salary range for this position is $18.00 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Monitor starch adhesion on the SF side with the X test quality check
Monitor glue adhesion on the DF side with the edge pull quality checks
Monitor front/back & side to side registration and understand how to communicate the adjustments to the operators
Understand line clearance, next order setup and all controls on the stacker sections
Be able to perform all monthly PM tasks on the stacker section of the machine.
Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
Can assist the operators as required
Works Overtime as required Works Overtime as required.
