Onsite Support Technician
to join a fast-paced IT team supporting critical technology operations. Based onsite, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping business systems running smoothly. Onsite Support Technician Responsibilities:
Deliver onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals through InTune, SCCM, and Thin Client platforms
Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues for Windows, Linux, and network devices
Manage and administer local user access, maintaining compliance with security protocols
Reset and unlock passwords to support daily user operations
Stay current on IT tools, technologies, and certifications needed for system access and compliance Onsite Support Technician Requirements:
Proven experience providing onsite IT support for end-user devices, servers, and network equipment
Solid understanding of IT support tools, principles, and best practices
Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to maintain and renew certifications required for supported systems
