Adecco is assisting a local San Jose, CA client in search of a HCM Architect (Workday). This is fully on site Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. $115 to $125 an hour DOE.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, collaborative
Workday HCM Architect
to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you'll help design and build Workday solutions that make life easier for our employees and HR teams. You'll be a go-to expert for modules like
Advanced Compensation, Learning Management (LMS), and Absence Management
, and you'll play a key role in shaping scalable, user-friendly systems that support our growing organization.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and configuration of Workday HCM modules to align with business needs.
Take the lead on implementing
LMS and Absence Management
modules.
Work with HR and business partners to turn requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Roll out new features and improvements that enhance usability, automation, and compliance.
Build and maintain integrations with other enterprise and third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Partner with and mentor Workday developers and analysts.
Troubleshoot tricky system and data issues when they come up.
Support the rollout of LMS content and workflows to drive employee learning and development.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience working with
Workday HCM
.
Deep knowledge of:
Advanced Compensation
Learning Management (LMS)
Absence Management
Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.
Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
Pay Details:
$115.00 to $125.00 per hour
