Our client is seeking a collaborative and technically skilled Workday HCM Architect to join our HR Operations team. This role will focus on designing and optimizing Workday HCM solutions, with expertise in Advanced Compensation, Learning Management System (LMS), and Absence Management modules. As part of a small team, you will help shape scalable and efficient Workday solutions that support our evolving HR strategies.

Pay Job Type Range:
$100- $120 per hour on W2- depending on experience, qualifications
Job Type

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and configuration of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user experience.
Will initially focus on implementation of LMS and Absence Management.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Drive enhancements and new feature rollouts within HCM, focusing on usability, automation, and compliance.
Design and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and other tools.
Provide technical leadership to Workday developers and analysts.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.
Support the deployment and integration of LMS content and workflows to enhance employee development.
Design and manage integrations with third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Provide technical guidance to Workday analysts and developers within the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and data issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
7+ years of Workday HCM experience, with hands-on expertise in:
Advanced Compensation
Learning Management System (LMS)
Absence Management
Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
