Summary:
The Manager Patient Engagement leads initiatives that make healthcare easier to access, navigate, and experience. Combining project management, communications, and consumer engagement expertise, this role designs and implements digital and non-digital solutions that enhance the patient journey and streamline workflows for care teams. Partnering across departments, the Manager maps patient journeys, identifies opportunities, and drives projects from concept to completion-measuring results and ensuring every patient touchpoint delivers clarity, ease, and value.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Required: Bachelors or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience managing marketing/brand/patient engagement initiatives, people, resources, budgets, and workflows. 5+ years related experience Knowledge of design software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related programs essential (preferred, not required) Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
