Description Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment programs Administer physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function Work in partnership with nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehab specialists to ensure optimal recovery outcomes Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise routines Document assessments, treatments, and progress in alignment with facility and regulatory standards Engage in care team assessments and interdisciplinary meetings to facilitate coordinated patient care Education

Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a recognized program Certifications

Valid state licensure as a

Physical Therapist Preferred CPR certification Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neuro, geriatrics) are advantageous but not mandatory Skills

Prior experience is highly regarded Expertise in treating patients with complex medical and mobility challenges Excellent communication and collaborative abilities Proficiency in digital charting and clinical documentation tools Benefits
