BDC Sales Representative

Are you a natural communicator who thrives on turning conversations into opportunities? We’re looking for a driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team! In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers, manage incoming leads, and help drive sales by showcasing the value of our products and services.

What you’ll be doing:

Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, or online

Build connections with potential customers to uncover their needs

Share product info, promotions, and highlight key benefits

Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Collaborate with teammates to hit goals and create success stories

Keep accurate, organized notes in our CRM system

What we’re looking for:

Sales or customer service experience (automotive/BDC a plus!)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A knack for spotting and seizing sales opportunities

Comfortable with phone or virtual sales interactions

Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools

Team player with a motivated, target-driven mindset

Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Must pass pre-employment screenings
