Job Description We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Solution Consultant with extensive experience in Rapid Response (RR) authoring and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, workbook authoring, automation, and scheduled tasks, along with a solid understanding of supply chain planning processes. Key Responsibilities: • Core RR Authoring and Analytics: Demonstrate good knowledge and hands-on experience with core RR authoring and analytics. • Data Model and Workbook Authoring: Work with data models, author workbooks, and manage automation and scheduled tasks. • nalytical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of RR analytics (Netting, CTP, FLP, etc.) and any one of core planning capabilities like attribute-based planning in RR. • Testing and Documentation: Write test cases, perform unit testing, capture test results, and document them thoroughly. • Support UAT and Hypercare: Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Hypercare phases. • gile Practices: Follow agile methodologies in project delivery. • Coding Best Practices: Adhere to best coding practices, including authoring notes and comments. • Team Support: Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new team members. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest changes in RR tools related to authoring and analytics. • Domain Knowledge: Possess basic domain knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and capacity planning with constraints and yields. • System Integration: Have knowledge of system integration to connect with other enterprise or stand-alone systems (interfaces, connections, imports, exports). • nalytical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of RR analytics (Netting, CTP, FLP, etc.) and attribute-based planning in RR. • Innovation: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements. • daptability: Flexible to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
