Your Role Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Identify the unique needs of patients and craft tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their everyday goals. Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic and integrative approach to care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate individuals and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to facilitate continuous improvement and success at home. Assess and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track to success. Education Requirements

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Encouragement for ongoing education or additional certifications post-graduation. Certifications

An active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license is required. NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Desired Skills
