What's the Job?
Max of 5 responsibilities:
Lead business and system analysis, design, and testing for Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation
Perform hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
Collaborate with clients to conduct CRPs and fit/gap analysis
Oversee implementation and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Support transition to production and coordinate testing and approval activities
What's Needed?
Max of 5 requirements:
Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Core HR
Strong background in project resource management
Ability to lead analysis sessions and verify quality of deliverables
Experience with functional accuracy of customizations and issue resolution
Bachelor's degree and strong communication/collaboration skills
