Responsibilities: Paint various sign types and their components, including ADA-compliant interior signs, dimensional letters and logos, wayfinding signage, and monument and post/panel signs. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking as needed. Mix and match paint colors to match client specifications or branding. Interpret sketches, blueprints, and verbal instructions to create accurate signage. Operate painting equipment and tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns, and airbrushes. Measure, mark, and align signage accurately according to layout and specifications. Touch up or restore faded or damaged signs as required. Ensure all signage meets safety, durability, and aesthetic standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and properly store materials. Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Use protective gear when necessary. Conduct occasional site visits to touch up signage in the field. Requirements: Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, sanders, saws, measuring tape, etc.). Knowledge of sign-making techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to read basic plans, shop drawings, and measurements. Familiarity with color theory, typography, and layout principles. Strong attention to detail and precision. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders for larger signs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills (not required): Familiarity with Matthews Paint Manager. Familiarity with Roberlo paints. Masonry experience. Details: Hours:
