Job Title: Sr. ERP Engineer (Full Stack) Employment Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time, Permanent) Salary Range: ~$185,000 Hours: Standard Day Shift Location: Smyrna area, GA (Onsite preferred, 5 days; 3-4 days possible with strong engineering background) Travel: Minimal, as required Visa/Sponsorship: Not available Interview Process: 3 steps, including a technical assessment Position Overview We are seeking a Senior ERP Engineer to take ownership of a custom-built ERP system supporting manufacturing, inventory, sales, and logistics operations. This role is highly visible, reporting directly to executive leadership, and involves end-to-end responsibility for development, maintenance, and enhancements of the company's ERP environment.
This is a hands-on, full-stack development role requiring strong .NET experience and the ability to collaborate with business leaders and end-users in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Own the product and technology direction for the in-house ERP system. Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of web-based platforms and applications. Write clean, reusable, well-documented code using C#, .NET, JavaScript, AngularJS, SQL. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and business system issues. Support daily operations across production, engineering, sales, and accounting teams. Maintain and enhance legacy applications in C#, .NET, and SQL. Collaborate with leadership to identify pain points and deliver system improvements. Document workflows, fixes, and provide training to users. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors as needed. Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and optimal performance. Tech Stack
Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Framework, AngularJS (exposure to Angular/React/Vue a plus), JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap Tools: Visual Studio, Git Data & Reporting: SQL Server, SQL scripting, SSRS Must-Have Requirements
8+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET. Hands-on expertise building and maintaining custom ERP systems. Strong SQL Server and SSRS experience. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments. Strong software architecture and data management principles. Customer-service mindset and collaborative problem-solving style. Attention to detail with clean coding, documentation, and follow-through. Why Join
