A confidential specialty medical practice is seeking a personable and detail-oriented
Front Desk Associate
to provide exceptional service to patients and support daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients following established protocols. Verify and update patient information, including insurance and billing details. Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments while minimizing reschedules. Collect payments and process copay assistance when applicable. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and retrieve treatment information as needed. Answer inbound calls, assist with inquiries, and support the call center. Coordinate external medical reports and maintain required documentation. Keep the reception area clean and organized while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. MediClear certification or equivalent required. Reliable transportation to travel between practice locations. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including clear verbal and written communication. Ability to master multiple software systems and learn ophthalmology/retina terminology. Comfortable with frequent computer use, standing, bending, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs). Why Join Us
